Stand in one place and jump as high as you can 50 times in a row. In between each jump take a 1-2 second pause and jump again. You should be able to complete this exercise very quickly, in only 1-3 minutes. Doing this everyday would be unusual to your routine and help build your jumping muscles on a gradual basis.
This is however not a substitute for a complete workout to gain inches on your vertical jump, instead its simply something to add to your workout to jump higher.
